Get in control of your bills

The same application.
A smaller cloud bill.

Managed cloud quietly charges enterprise prices for startup workloads. We audit your infrastructure, move it to hardware that matches your real load, and hand you the keys — with monitoring, backups and a runbook. One real migration: €550/month down to €55. Read the blog.

Cloud cost rescue

You're not "scaling". You're being farmed.

  • Line-by-line infrastructure audit — what every penny actually buys
  • Right-sizing — managed services replaced where they only add cost
  • Migration plan you approve before anything moves
  • The move itself — typically over a weekend, zero downtime
  • Infrastructure-as-code, hourly backups, full monitoring
  • Runbook handover — your team can operate it without us

Engineering write-up · by the engineer who did it

From Hyperscaler Overhead to Practical Infrastructure↗

Andzhey Asryan · 8 min read — the full process: what was running, what we replaced it with, and why nothing broke

How it's priced
Fixed quote or percentage of the savings
Up to you. No hourly rates. No open-ended estimates.
  • Infrastructure audit first — flat fee, savings estimate in writing
  • Migration quoted as a fixed price against that estimate
  • Or we get a percentage of what you save, if you're skeptical
  • Savings guarantee: if we can't cut the bill, there's no migration to pay for
  • Everything registered to your accounts, never ours

If the report doesn't show any benefit — you don't pay.
Broken now · Fix & keep it running

First we stop the bleeding.
Then we make sure it never bleeds again.

Most rescue firms fix the incident and disappear — until the next one. We work in two stages, and the second one is the point.

Stage 1 · This week

Rescue Sprint

A senior engineer inside your code within days. We reproduce the failure, fix the top problems in priority order, stabilize production and document what was wrong. Fixed weekly price, scope agreed up front.

Stage 2 · Every month after

Ongoing engineering care

Monitoring, code review of new changes, dependency and security updates, and a named engineer who already knows your system when something looks off. A small monthly retainer instead of the next emergency.

Half

of our work is code someone else abandoned

3–5

targeted fixes — the usual real scope, not a rewrite

Named

engineer who knows your system, not a ticket queue

How it's priced

A fixed weekly price for the sprint

Scope agreed before we start. No hourly meter running.

  • We tell you what we'd fix first — before you pay anything
  • The sprint is complete on its own: fixes plus a written diagnosis
  • The monthly stage is an offer, not a condition of the rescue
  • Your repos, cloud and domains stay registered to you from day one

No "easier to rewrite from scratch" reflex. If a rewrite genuinely is cheaper, we show the math side by side and you decide.

The Anti-Hostage Policy

You own everything. Leaving us is allowed.

Half our clients come from a developer who locked the code and vanished. We built the company around the opposite promise:

Your accounts, day one

Repos, cloud, domains, databases — registered to you, never to us.

Documentation included

Every project ships with a runbook any competent engineer can pick up.

We teach as we go

Our stated goal is that you become independent — not dependent on us.

No lock-in, no retainer traps

Fixed-scope work. You continue with us only if the last result earned it.

German GmbH · EU-based · GDPR & EU AI Act aware. You always know who is in your code.

Starting from zero · Architecture-first build

A CTO's first 90 days.
But without hiring a CTO.

You know the market and you have the budget; what you don't have is a technical co-founder. Designing the architecture before building is the cheapest decision you'll ever make — repairing a wrong one later costs multiples.

01
Blueprint
Architecture, stack and delivery plan for your product — a document any engineer can execute. Fixed price, and if we build it, the blueprint's cost counts toward the build.
02
Core build
Two senior engineers build the foundation. When the project needs product, frontend or design, we scale the team — up to five people we have worked with before.
03
Documentation
Every part ships with a runbook. Your future hires onboard from documents, not from archaeology.
04
Handover & training
We teach your team to run it. Our stated goal is your independence — you stay with us only if the results earn it.
  • Case study: price engine 12x faster than original for retail in 27 countries
  • Case study: dental network organization management for hundreds of clinics
  • Case study: sport tracking and gaming platform
  • Case study: real estate and energy infrastructure
  • You take our architecture as a blueprint and build it with anyone — it's yours either way
Where it starts

One fixed-price document first

Before anyone writes code or quotes you a team.

  • Blueprint priced as a fixed deliverable, not a discovery phase
  • Its cost counts toward the build if you build with us
  • Everything registered to your accounts from day one

Launching soon · Launch Control Audit

A senior engineer's verdict on your app.
Within 72 hours.

Green tests don't mean you're ready. We read your code the way an attacker and an investor would — and give you a verdict, not a 40-page vulnerability dump.

  • Authentication & access — can user A read user B's data?
  • Secrets & keys — exposed in your frontend and repo
  • Payments & billing logic — where money leaks or doubles
  • Infrastructure risks — what happens on your first traffic spike
  • Cost traps — services silently billing you for nothing
  • Architecture — will it survive 10× more users?

Your report is a decision, not a document:

Fix before launch

Usually 2–4 items, with exact instructions.

Fix within 90 days

Planned, priced, no panic.

Ship it

Everything else is fine. Stop worrying.

Flat price

€490

AI-built MVP, single repo. Bigger systems: €1,500–2,400.

  • Automated scan + manual review by a senior engineer
  • Both founders read your code — two pairs of eyes
  • Written report in plain language
  • 20-min personal video walkthrough
  • 90-day priority plan with fixed prices for the fixes
  • Verdict in 72 hours from payment
Book the audit for €490

If we find nothing that has to be fixed before launch, you get the fee back — you keep the report and the "ship it" in writing.

Pay, give read-only repo access, get the verdict. No sales call in between. The audit is complete on its own — fixing is a separate decision.

AI-built code · Stabilize and keep building

You asked the AI to fix one thing. It rewrote half the app.

You shipped an MVP with Lovable, Cursor or Claude. It runs, people use it — but every change is a coin flip now, and nobody can tell you whether user data is actually safe. That's a normal place to be, and it's fixable without starting over.

  • We find the parts that keep breaking and give them structure — tests, boundaries, one source of truth
  • Security and data-access basics closed first: auth, secrets, payments
  • You keep building in the same tools — we make them safe to build in
  • No judgement. We've spent 15 years reading other people's difficult code
Where to start

Start with the audit, then decide

€490 buys you the map before anyone touches the code.

  • Audit first — you get the priority list with fixed prices
  • Fix it yourself with our instructions, or hand us the red items
  • Everything documented, everything on your accounts
Who does the work

Two named engineers. Not a scanner, not an agency.

Questions founders actually ask

FAQ

I don't know which of these I need.+

Then describe the symptom, not the service: the invoice that keeps growing, the page that went down, the product that only exists in your head. We reply with what we'd do and what it costs — that answer is free and it isn't a sales call.

Won't moving off managed services make things less reliable?+

In our published migration the opposite happened: infrastructure-as-code, automated hourly backups and full monitoring replaced a pile of managed defaults nobody had configured properly. Reliability comes from engineering discipline, not from the logo on the invoice.

How can you guarantee savings before seeing our setup?+

We can't — that's why the audit comes first. It's a flat fee and it ends with a savings estimate in writing. The migration is then quoted as a fixed price against that estimate. If the audit shows there's nothing worth saving, you stop there and keep the report.

My app was built with AI and I'm embarrassed to show the code.+

You're our main client. We've spent 15 years reading other people's difficult code — AI-generated code is just the newest kind, and honestly, not the worst we've seen. No judgement. The audit exists so you never have to feel that way about your own product again.

We have nobody technical on our side. Is that a problem?+

It's our most common situation. Everything is explained in plain language, every deliverable includes a walkthrough, and all accounts are registered to you. You don't need to speak Kubernetes to stay in control — that's the point of hiring us.

Will you push me to rewrite everything from scratch?+

Not unless it's truly necessary. "Rewrite it all" is usually a lazy diagnosis. Most products need 3–5 targeted fixes to be safe and stable. When a rewrite genuinely is cheaper, we show the math side by side and you decide.
